説明：In the endless tunnel of depression and anxiety, I walk with my camera. This image captures a moment of quiet determination: a solitary figure moving forward, knowing that light—however faint—awaits at the end. The tunnel represents the long struggle of mental illness, yet the steps forward symbolize resilience. Photography allows me to externalize the invisible pain and transform it into something shareable. There is always a way out, even if it feels distant.
